Applicants for membership at Vincent House must meet the following criteria:

1. Have a major mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression, etc.)
2. At least 18 years of age
3. Be clean and sober for at least 90 days
4. Must live in the Tampa Bay area
5. Have a desire to be an active participant in a supportive, vital community

In order to apply for membership, four documents must be completed and sent with an application package to the Member Services Unit at Vincent House:

1. A completed application, CLICK HERE
2. A Vincent House Referral Form
3. A current psychiatric evaluation
4. A signed release

Please note that we do not accept direct housing referrals. Assistance with locating housing is available to our members.
