Membership at Vincent House is free of charge and open to anyone who meets the following criteria:

1. Has a diagnosis of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression, etc.)
2. Is 18 years of age or older.
3. And most importantly: Wishes to join.

Prospective members should first request a tour of Vincent House and then submit the following paperwork to the Member Services Unit at Vincent House:

2. A signed release of information (this provides your psychiatrist with the authorization to complete the Vincent House Referral form and send us a recent psychiatric evaluation).  CLICK HERE

4. Recent psychiatric evaluation (this is provided directly by your psychiatrist or case worker).

Please note that we do not accept direct housing referrals. Assistance with locating housing is a right of membership and available through the Member Services Unit.
